LIVE IFS + NARM DEMOS
IFS: Friday 6/7 2pm-4pm (virtual)
NARM: Friday 6/14 2pm-4pm (virtual)
Join me for two live demonstration dates where we explore Internal Family Systems (IFS) and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). Each date will include an introduction to the model, a 50 minute demo and then a debrief with Q+A. This event is exclusive for therapists interested in learning more about IFS + NARM by being a front row witness to the magic of human connection.
As a therapist [our Self] is the greatest resource we can bring to the therapy space. Both IFS and NARM have powerful impacts on exploring countertransference, blindspots, projection, collusion and other barriers that have us stuck and even experiencing burnout.
Ok, I’ve heard of IFS, but what the heck is NARM (and that’s a fun word to say)?
NARM, or the NeuroAffective Relational Model, pulls from both “top down” and "bottom up” approaches including neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic psychology. NARM explores how relational, cultural and intergenerational trauma impacts our present patterns and cycles on 3 levels of connection: personal (connection with Self), interpersonal (connection with You) and transpersonal (connection with Collective). The NARM framework supports individuals to develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational capacity to support healing and growth.

Fully Humxn: Therapist Edition
A healing group for helpers.
Therapist - this one is for us. Holding space for others can come naturally, until it doesn’t. As humans ourselves, our own thoughts, feelings and biases can get in the way. We notice feelings of dread, imposter thoughts and general stuckness. The therapeutic relationship can be so important to the healing work. Key to a solid therapeutic relationship is the presence of the therapist - how we show up and relate to our clients and the therapy work.
This group is a loving gut-check and encouraging hug. It is both experiential and educational. We will be navigating in real time our own internal experiences as well as learning cognitive and somatic approaches. The intention of the group is to enhance our capacity to be present in our work and offer a healing therapeutic relationship.
Topic weeks will be an interactive learning workshop environment. Come ready to review and learn.
Experiential weeks will be focused on practicing and processing our own internal experiences. Come ready to be vulnerable, connect and grow.
