I work with individuals and professionals - I especially enjoy working with other helpers and healers. (Healthcare Workers, Teachers, Activist, First Responders, Clergy)
I am constantly learning and affirming. I strive to provide a non-judgemental space for everyone. Inclusive of your identity, race, religion, sexuality, gender, relationship status and and and...please, just come as you are.

No. I am an out-of-network provider who can provide a document called a Superbill. A Superbill is proof of service that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider to see if you have OON mental health benefits. I can process HSA and FSA spending cards.

I use a sliding scale to determine your rate based on your household gross income. *Household Gross Annual Income includes all earnings (salary, profits, etc) made before reductions or taxes.
Please see the cost for Individual and Professionals sessions on the Services page.
Therapy is an investment not only of your money, but your time and energy. You can expect that I will suggest attending at least 6-12 sessions.

Maybe. I may be the content expert in the room, but you are the expert of yourself. We will do the work together. My hope is to provide education and empower you. I am always learning. However, if the help you need is beyond my ability, I will connect you with other resources and referrals.

Therapy can be a life-long journey. It can also be one session. I encourage at least 6 sessions.
However, it depends on many factors. Are we a good fit? What are you needing help with? Are you ready to do the work and go on the journey? Do you have the resources to continue therapy?

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if a client is uninsured or if a client elects not to use their insurance. Additionally, we are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services upon request and/or prior to your first scheduled appointment. Although it is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental healthcare, as each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in mental healthcare, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided and reassessed as needed. Your Rights Under This New Act: 1. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. 2. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. 3. Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. 4. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 5. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises, or call 1-800-985-3059.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy as of January 1, 2023
The purpose of a 24 hour cancellation policy is multi-purpose. Policy provides structure for the therapy work we do together and supports the health of the therapy business. This policy does not cover every scenario. My intention is more robust cancellation that enhances transparency and trust in our relationship. I believe these are fundamental to a healing therapeutic dynamic. If you communicate a cancellation after 24 hours o the start time of our session, you will be charged a fee.
Sickness
25% of session fee due.
This includes yourself or anyone you legally care for. Germs are everywhere and just about inescapable. As a mom of 2 littles, I get it! You’ll pay for a partial session, which ensures I can pay for the basic bills and time I could have filled with advanced notice.
Forget
100% of session fee due.
Shit happens. You get overbooked, you sleep-in or you just forget! No problem. You’re not a bad person and you’ll need to pay in full for your session.
Weather
50% of session fee due.
For most weather scenarios, I will be in the office. I encourage you to make a choice that feels safest to you if the weather is hazardous. I will always provide an option for a virtual session.
Crisis
0% of session fee due.
This is something completely unexpected (ie; 911 event) that prohibits you from attending therapy.
If I cancel on you due to sickness, weather or crisis:
No charge due.
If I forget or have a schedule error (and you choose to reschedule).
Your next session is on me.
I am grateful for your trust in this process and appreciate your acceptance of this new policy.
